A. GUIDELINES FOR RESIDENTIAL TENANT:

1) Suitable Location: Community where they want to move in with their family.
2) Type of Property: An apartment / Villa / Full Building & how many Bedroom.
3) Budget & Viewings: Properties in the desired area will be offered within the client’s budget and accordingly viewings will be arranged.
4) Maintenance Support – Pre-move in inspection of Apartment will be done on behalf of owner and if any issue it will be fixed.
5) Documents – Passport & Visa Page is required for renting a Property, Our consultant will assist you with required documents in such issues.
6) Payments – Current & Post Dated Cheques, Security Deposit (Refundable) and Agency Fees to be issued as per agreed Terms & Conditions of Tenancy.
7) Contract & Its Registration – Contract will be prepared after receiving the payment and our consultant will assist you in providing guidelines for its Registration with EIjari.
8) DEWA & Other Utility Bills – Contact either our Consultant or Admin for the guidelines.

B. GUIDELINES FOR COMMERCIAL TENANT:

1) Suitable Location: Community favorable for enhancing the Growth of your business.
2) Type of Property - Office / Floors / Shop / Restaurant or Full Buildings, Shell & Core / Fitted
3) Budget & Viewings: Properties in the desired area will be offered within the client’s budget and accordingly viewings will be arranged.
4) Maintenance Support – Pre-move in inspection of Apartment will be done on behalf of owner and if any issue it will be fixed.
5) Documents – License or Pre-Approval for License from the Licensing Authority, Passport & Visa Page is required for renting a Property, Our consultant will assist you if any further documentation is required.
6) Payments – Current & Post Dated Cheques, Security Deposit (Refundable) and Agency Fees to be issued as per agreed Terms & Conditions of Tenancy.
7) Contract & Its Registration – Contract will be prepared after receiving the payment and our consultant will assist you in providing guidelines for its Registration with EIjari.
