 LUXURY PROPERTY ADVISOR / SALES MANAGER  

 

Job Description

This role is for experienced candidates from Sales and Marketing background who would want to develop their career into LUXURY Real Estate Business. One of the three biggest business of Dubai is Real Estate and we are offering great learning experience alongside making great remuneration. Self-starters from across the globe will be trained to induce fresh blood into this trade and generate fresh pool of ideas.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • KEMPINSKI, FAIRMONT, ANANTARA, CAVALLI, VERSACE, FENDI and ADDRESS are some of the luxury real estate brands that our company represents in GCC. OUR AIM IS TO TARGET Elite clientele globally to invest in Branded residences in Dubai and UK
  • Candidate will approach potential customers, local and International with the aim of winning new clients for the company as well as maintaining good relationships with existing clients
  • Candidate must have excellent communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers from different nationalities
  • Candidate must also have the ability to be flexible and creative in dealing with clients.  They must represent the company in a positive light at all times (this calls for optimistic people who aren't easily upset and who naturally like working with others)
  • Candidate e must be persuasive and highly motivated to make sales. Since it is often necessary to establish a relationship with a client before a successful sale, they must also be patient and persistent
  • Candidate should be proficient with MS Office

 

Job Requirements

  • Candidates with experience in sale of luxury real estate, art, sculptures, financial products (private banking/investment banking/mergers and acquisitions/private equity/hedge funds), luxury watches, private jet, yachts, and luxury cars are preferred
  • English, Chinese, and/or Arabic speakers are preferred.

Job Description

We’re looking for a Sales / Business Development Manager who thrives in a fast paced working environment and is looking for an opportunity to build their skill set creating and maintaining relationships with our associated and source of leads for our luxury real estate brokerage business. The core purpose of this position is to have a highly skilled candidate who is people’s person. You will be closely working with our Sales Directors and reporting to the CEO. The candidate is expected to initiate relationships with third parties, who can provide leads and refer their clientele capable of buying luxury real estate.

-> Targeted sector which are ideal source of leads includes: DIFC Family offices, Private Bankers, Investment Bankers, Private Equity Firms, Hedge Funds, Real Estate Investment Trust, Wealth Managers and Bankers, Lawyers, Tax Consultants, Chartered Accountants and Auditors, Business Set Up Companies and Travel Agencies

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions
  • Maintains relationships with clients/partners by providing support, recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements "CREATE TRUST"
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending trade workshops
  • Reviewing professional publications. “STAY INFORMED TO BE ON TOP”
  • Establishing personal network by participating in professional societies. “SOCIAL NETWORK IS THE KEY”
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
